Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo will take the stage at the Pearl Concert Theater, Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The exciting show is scheduled for August 21, 2026, at 8 p.m. News of the concert was announced by Palms Casino Resort along with promoter Live Nation.
Tickets will go on sale on Friday, March 6, starting at 10 a.m. Fans can also get early access throughout the week before they're available to everyone. This music duo, who are also married, is known for major hits like “We Belong,” “Love Is A Battlefield,” “Heartbreaker,” and “Hell Is For Children.”
With several albums and hit songs, their achievements include four Grammy Awards. Their list of accolades boasts two multi-platinum albums, five platinum albums, three gold albums, and 19 Top 40 hits. They have grabbed three American Music Awards along with a People’s Choice Award.
Both Benatar and Giraldo were inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Long Island Music Hall of Fame back in 2008. Benatar, in 1978, started a remarkable career, joining the Rick Derringer band. Against 200 other guitarists, he stood out and later added piano to his studio work for "Guitars and Women."
Achieving new heights in 1980, their album "Crimes of Passion" went quintuple platinum. Giraldo wore many hats - arranging, playing guitar, keyboards, and singing backup on tracks like “Fire and Ice” and “Hit Me With Your Best Shot.” Their song “You Better Run” was noted as the first music video by a female artist and guitarist to be played on MTV.
A year later, their 1981 album "Precious Time" reached double-platinum status and topped the charts at No.1. Giraldo co-produced and arranged the album with Keith Olsen, earning them their second Grammy for "Fire and Ice." They continued their fruitful collaboration with "Get Nervous," which featured the Grammy-winning track “Shadows of the Night.” The couple got married in 1982. Their 1983 hit “Love Is a Battlefield,” from the album "Live From Earth," was born after Giraldo transformed an acoustic demo into a rock masterpiece.
Giraldo's early musical influences included Chuck Berry's guitar, Jerry Lee Lewis on piano, and Simon & Garfunkel's drums. These influences were apparent in hits like “Love is a Battlefield” and “We Belong.” Versatile in his roles, Giraldo also produced hits for several artists including Rick Springfield, John Waite, Kenny Loggins, Steve Forbert, The Del Lords, and Beth Hart.
