Mariah Carey Opens Holiday Pop-Up Bar in Las Vegas for Festive Fans

Mariah Carey's Holiday Bar has opened at On the Record inside Park MGM in Las Vegas, launching a three-and-a-half-month immersive pop-up created by Bucket Listers. The installation returns after last year's success and arrives in tandem with Mariah Carey's Christmastime in Las Vegas residency, which includes ten shows at Dolby Live from late November through mid-December.

The bar features Mariah-inspired holiday décor, snow effects, themed backdrops, a letter-writing station to Mariah, and a full slate of interactive photo opportunities. Guests can browse exclusive merchandise, including limited-edition vinyls available only onsite. Branding is intentionally bold, with a photo wall, ornaments, life-size cutouts, and TV loops playing Mariah's Christmas specials and music videos.

Admission runs daily through Dec. 23, with tickets starting at $19.90 for a 90-minute time slot that includes a welcome cocktail. Holiday drinks anchor the menu, including selections featuring Black Irish, the singer's cream liqueur brand. Organizers timed the opening to coincide with Thanksgiving weekend, noting that an additional week of preparation was needed to finalize details before launch.

The space shifts from a cozy holiday setting into a high-energy nightclub each evening, with a live DJ spinning festive remixes and Mariah's biggest anthems. The experience aims to extend the holiday momentum on the Strip, offering nonstop seasonal cheer built around her iconic Christmas catalog, including “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” Bucket Listers' Derek Berry emphasizes the pop-up's deep connection to Carey's residency and its goal of delivering an environment fully immersed in her holiday world.
